Refund policy
Awww, you're not happy with your purchase? We do have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the day you receive your item(s) to request a refund from us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for custom orders or sale fans.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it (unused) and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the emailed receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at askdaddies@fandaddies.com. We will email you instructions on how and where to send your return package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, so please contact us first!

To Initiate a return:
Click the profile icon in the top right of the home page (it looks like a person).
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click "Submit request".
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be happy with your purchase!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or custom fan orders.
Exchanges
If you're not happy with the product you received and wish to exchange it for something different, we can work something out with you (as long the item you originally purchased is not a sale item or gift card). Please contact us at askdaddies@fandaddies.com to get started.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or denied. If it is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the amount for the item(s) to your original payment method. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING COSTS. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Shipping Delays and Problems
We understand that sometimes things happen. When we release your order into the wild to one of our supported carriers, we are only able to track it using the same tools that you have access to using the tracking number provided in the shipping email. If your order is shipped via our Fan Daddies Free Standard Shipping, usually it's shipped via USPS First Class Mail. This shipping method is NOT insured. Therefore we are not able to refund the cost of your order if it is lost or stolen. If you have an issue with the delivery of your shipment, we kindly ask that you contact the carrier that your order was shipped with (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.) in order to find out the status. If you are not able to find it, please let us know and we will do our best to work with you on a solution after our standard 20-day waiting period. You'd be surprised how many packages show up a day or two after the tracking information says "delivered"!
